The Gedenke! Festival will take place on May 10, and 11, 2024.

There is an opportunity to be a vendor on Friday, May 10 and Saturday, May 11.

While electrical may be available, it is recommended that you supply your own power via generator, if it is needed.

We are accepting applications for ALL vendors!

Vendor booths will be assigned two weeks prior to the event, prioritized based on when the application was submitted.

Friday: Set-up is from 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm. All vehicles must be moved no later than 4:30 pm.

Saturday: Set-up is from 7:00 am - 9:30 am. All vehicles must be moved no later than 9:30 am.

The 2024 Gedenke! will be held on Friday and Saturday, May 10 and 11 in the Jackson Square/City Park area. Booth setup may be any time between 2 pm and 4:30 pm on Friday or before 9:30 am on Saturday (There will be no security Friday night). Booths must be taken down after closing after midnight at the end of the festival. All vehicles must be unloaded and off the grounds by 4:30 pm on Friday and by 9:30 a.m. Saturday. No vehicles will be allowed on festival grounds during the business hours of the festival. *

Provider will keep their area clean of all trash at all times. Provider will clean area of any trash or debris at the end of each evening. Booths must be taken down at the closing on Saturday night. *

Provider agrees to hold the Gedenke!, Weimar Area Chamber of Commerce, and its Directors and affiliates harmless from any claim of any nature arising from operations of the Provider at this event including loss, injury, or damages. *

The obligations of both parties will not be affected or reduced by weather. *

Gedenke! will reserve and provide a space for the Provider at Gedenke! As long as activity is claimed by April 14, 2024. *

FOOD & BEVERAGE ONLY: Food & beverage booths shall remain open until 15 minutes after the nightly entertainment concludes. *

If a 110-electrical outlet is required, advance notice of at least 2 weeks is required. *

Agreement of Terms

This agreement made and entered into this by and between the nonprofit organization completing this online application (party of the first part) and the WEIMAR AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, INC. dba GEDENKE! 2024, of the City of Weimar, State of Texas, party of the second part.

By checking, I understand and agree to all rules and regulations regarding the festival. I understand that no refunds will be given for any reason. I release and hold harmless the Weimar Area Chamber of Commerce/Gedenke Directors for any/all personal injury, damages or loss of merchandise. I understand that the Gedenke festival Committee may inspect all merchandise for objectionable content and removal will be damanded at the discretion of the committee. There is no overnight security. I will take my items overnight and lock them up.
